Concierge medicine is a personalized healthcare service where patients pay a membership fee for enhanced connectivity to their physicians, including 24/7 availability, tailored health plans, and both virtual and in-person consultations.

Our members can contact their physician anytime, day or night, via phone, text, or video call. This ensures you get immediate medical attention when you need it most.

In the event that your primary physician is unavailable, another qualified doctor will step in. However, your doctor is typically accessible via phone or through the protected messaging system (Spruce™) to address your health-related inquiries.

The membership fee covers most services provided by your concierge physician. However, additional costs may apply for specialized treatments or procedures not included in the membership plan.

Our exclusive services are tailored to your needs, providing individualized care exactly when you require it.

You may pay the Membership Fee in one annual payment, or two (semi-annual) payments, or quarterly, or monthly. Payments are to be made to the Company by automatic debit from your bank account or credit card. You will select your method and timing of payment. Certain processing fees may apply.
